KitFlight values your privacy and is committed to providing transparency about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains how the KitFlight mobile application operates with respect to data collection and usage. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
KitFlight does not collect, store, or access any of your personal data. You do not have to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. All data related to your work logs is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced with your iCloud account.
Local Data. All work logs, images, and annotations are stored directly on your device.
iCloud Sync. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be securely stored in your iCloud account, managed by Apple. We do not store or have access to any of this data.
We rely on the security features of your device and iCloud to protect your data. Since we do not store or process your data, the protection of your data depends on your own device security and iCloud settings.
KitFlight does not share any personal data with third parties. Any data stored in iCloud is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
The KitFlight App uses several third-party software libraries to provide core functionality:
1. Firebase. Usage analytics and crash reports.
2. SwiftSoup. To parse HTML and logs import.
3. ZIPFoundation. To create and manage ZIP archives.
Third-party components operate under their own privacy and data handling policies, which complement but are distinct from KitFlight’s own privacy practices.
Since no personal data is collected or stored by KitFlight, you retain full control over your data. You may manage and delete your data at any time directly from your device or iCloud account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
